Online Marketing For Scottsdale Businesses

Local Business In Scottsdale ArizonaIf you’re a business owner in Scottsdale, what are you doing to attract new customers and clients to your business? Competition in this area can be quite tough, so you’ve got to be one step ahead of them to get the business.

There are dozens and dozens of chiropractors, cosmetic surgeons, dentists, accountants, landscaping, massage therapy clinics, law firms, auto dealerships, and many other service businesses, so you are not the only one in your market.

Statistics show that the successful businesses invest 10% of their gross revenues in marketing. If you’re not doing this, you will lose the battle. And, you’ve got to be using those dollars wisely.

For example, here in Scottsdale, Internet Marketing has gotten very competitive. If you don’t have an online marketing company do this for you, you lose! Plain and simple!

Yellow Pages…No!

Do not waste them on the yellow pages. No one looks for local products and services in the yellow pages. They get online, and if you’re not there, you lose!

Facebook

It’s no surprise most companies are using Facebook with their local business. You can create incentives to get customers to “like” your business page, then you can engage them with special offers to get them to come back and buy again and again.

People on Facebook also tell others about local businesses they’ve had a good experience with. You want to be the company they are talking about.

Twitter

I’m not a huge fan of Twitter personally, but again, if you can get people to follow you, you can engage with them with coupons, and offers to get them to come back.

Google+ Local

Google plus is not near as popular as Facebook, but because of their recent Google Places change to Google+ Local, they are nearly requiring you (the business owner) to create your Google+ page, and connect it to your business (Local) page.

The downside is for your customers to leave a review, they need to now have a Google+ account, and many won’t want to do it, as they feel Facebook is enough. It will be interesting to see how this turns out.

Pinterest

Now, you’ve got Pinterest exploding! People are pinning everything online, so if you’re not on Pinterest you’re losing market share.

The traffic is growing exponentially, and if you can take pictures of your products, services, even your office and get them up on Pinterest, you’ll start getting people visiting your website that have never found you before.

Search Engine Marketing

This is where your local business can get a huge edge over your competition. When you rank near the to of google for terms your customers and clients are looking for, you get those clicks to your website.

If your website is setup to encourage a responds (phone call), you will get new prospective people calling your business every day! This can be quite exciting, and add a huge amount of revenue to your bottom line.

Unfortunately, search engine optimization (SEO) is in a constant state of change thanks to google never-ending updates. Because if this, it’s highly advisable to seek out a professional internet marketing business in Scottsdale.

There are lots of companies who will compete on the lowest price, but I can tell you that will not get you the results you are looking for. It will only prolong your pain, and keep you off the first page even longer.

A wise decision is to take the money you invest in yellow page ads and move it to your online marketing. That’s a no-brainer!

Print Vanity Magazines

Also, if you are doing any print advertising, I would move that over too. It’s tough to get eyeballs from magazines that have tons of competing ads, and many people don’t even look at the ads.

Scottsdale is an upper-middle class demographic, and they are doing their research online. Maybe, the older (above 65) crowd stills pulls out the yellow pages, but I can tell you the majority just get on their computer and start searching.

If you want to get found in google, and have a website that gets your potential customers and clients calling you (and not your competitors) every single day, contact us, and we’ll help you achieve it.
